Our UK delivery service: 

Working with our carbon-neutral delivery partners we are happy to deliver our fantastic Shicken vegan chicken ready meals to most parts of the UK, unfortunately we do have come areas we currently do not deliver to but we are working on it, Aberdeen, Argyll, Arran, Dundee, Eire, (Republic of Ireland), Guernsey, Isle of Man, Northern Highlands, Northern Ireland, Orkney, Shetland and Jersey.

Drop us an email with your postcode if you are unsure and we will double check for you, apologies if you fall within the areas we currently don't deliver to, we hope to change this in the future and we are working on it.

The days we deliver:

We currently deliver 3 days a week, the delivery days are based on when you place your order:

  • Order Monday - Delivery Wednesday

  • Order Tuesday - Delivery Thursday

  • Order Wednesday - Delivery Friday

The delivery restrictions are due to the current COVID issues and we are working towards a 5 day delivery week including deliveries on Saturdays (additional charges will apply for Saturday deliveries)

Your delivery can arrive anytime between 8am-6pm. Our delivery partners will text or email you with a 1hr delivery window on the morning of your delivery day so you’ll know exactly when your Shicken parcel is arriving.

Out that day or during the 1hr delivery time, No problem

We know that life’s busy, so we’ve made it super simple for you to still get your tasty meals without being home.

Our boxes are kept freshly frozen until 10pm thanks to our fully insulated packaging - ready for you to pop in the freezer when you get home. Include a note when you place your order to leave your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place outside your home or office. If you do not leave any special delivery instructions when you place your order your Shicken parcel will be left outside your front door.

Our delivery partners will text you with a 1hr delivery window, so you’ll know exactly when your parcel is arriving.

In case you need to update the delivery instructions on the day of your delivery simply click on the link in your confirmation email to our delivery partner’s tracking portal to get your box delivered to a safe place. 

Problem with my delivery


We’re really sorry if you’ve experienced a problem with your delivery - it’s totally our responsibility to get your box of Shicken ready meals delivered to your doorstep exactly the way it should be!

Please send us an email and one of our Plant Alternative team will sort out any problems immediately. 

In the unlikely event that your delivery has arrived the day after you were expecting it, please dispose of the box. As it is frozen food, your meals will have started to defrost and so will no longer be suitable for consumption. We will, of course, send you a fresh batch of Shicken meals as soon as possible.
